By accessing or using PaperKlip ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PaperKlip, governed by the laws of Malaysia, including the Electronic Commerce Act 2006, Consumer Protection Act 1999, and Contracts Act 1950.

New users receive a 7-day free trial (14 days with referral code). No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
We offer the following subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed through Billplz or Stripe.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 1999, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the Service. Refunds for subsequent billing periods are not available. To request a refund, contact support@paperklip.my.
You agree to:
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are responsible for:
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user data), is owned by PaperKlip and protected by Malaysian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.
The Service integrates with third-party services including:
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
The Service includes functionality to calculate late payment interest in accordance with the Late Payment in Commercial Transactions Act 2020. The statutory rate is currently 8% per annum. You are responsible for ensuring that any late payment charges applied comply with your contractual agreements with your clients.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiation by contacting us at legal@paperklip.my.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under Malaysian law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
